Dr. Aida Ismael-Lennon is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years experience working in schools.  Dr. Ismael-Lennon has worked with children ages 3-18 who have presented with learning difficulties, psychiatric disorders, and trauma exposure.  Additionally, Dr. Ismael-Lennon provides trainings and professional development for school staff on the role of complex trauma.

Dr. Demetria DeLia, LCSW, is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 33 years of experience.  Prior to beginning her career as a social worker, Dr. DeLia was a high school teacher.  In addition to her private practice, Dr. DeLia is also the Dean of Research at the Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis, which provides post graduate diploma programs, trainings, and continuing education in Trauma and Resilience Studies.
